RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

1. Loss of the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that for digital products (including digital downloads, e-books, software, or digital content) that are not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal expires immediately upon start of the execution of the contract.

By completing your purchase and consenting to the immediate delivery or access to the digital product, you expressly agree that we begin execution of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or downloading has commenced.

2. Exceptions & Support 

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or made available to you.

If you experience technical issues with receiving or downloading your purchased file, or if the digital content is defective, please contact us immediately at hello@iggipatterns.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue or providing a working file.

3. How to Submit a Request

If you believe you have a valid claim or wish to raise a concern before downloading your file, please contact us at hello@iggipatterns.com or submit a request through your customer account at https://shopify.com/104955642197/account. We will respond within 5 business days.
