At iggi patterns, all products offered in our store are strictly digital goods (instant PDF downloads). Because we do not sell or ship physical products, paper patterns, or finished garments, traditional physical shipping fees and delivery wait times do not apply.

1. Payment Information

  1. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept a wide range of secure payment methods processed through Shopify Payments and integrated payment service providers. Available options at checkout include:

  • Major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

  1. Payment Terms: All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) or your selected local currency. Payment for digital products is due in full immediately at the time of purchase. Access to your digital download files will only be granted upon successful payment authorization and confirmation.

  2. Taxes and Currency Conversion: Depending on your location, local taxes (such as Sales Tax or VAT) may be applied at checkout as required by applicable tax laws. Currency conversions are handled automatically by your bank or payment provider based on current exchange rates.

2. Digital Shipping, Delivery & Technical Disclaimer

  1. Instant Digital Delivery: Under normal technical conditions, delivery is instant. Immediately after your payment is successfully processed:

  • An instant download link will appear directly on your order confirmation page.

  • An automated order confirmation email containing your download links will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

  1. Potential Delivery Delays and Technical Issues: While delivery is automated, minor delays may occasionally occur due to third-party payment clearance, server processing times, network congestion, or automated spam filters in your email provider's system. Please allow up to 1 to 2 hours for payment clearing and email delivery before contacting support. We accept no liability for temporary delays caused by external network issues or third-party service downtime.

  2. Accessing Your Digital Files: If you created a customer account during checkout, you can also access your purchased PDF patterns and instructions at any time by logging into your account on our website.

  3. File Formats and Technical Requirements: All digital patterns and instructions are delivered in universally compatible PDF format. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your computer, tablet, printer, and internet connection meet the necessary technical requirements to download, open, view, and print PDF files.

3. Order Support & Troubleshooting

If you do not receive your download link email within 2 hours of purchase:

  • Check your spam, promotional, or junk mail folders.

  • Verify that the email address provided during checkout was spelled correctly.

If you experience technical difficulties opening or downloading your purchased files, or if a link fails to load, please contact us at hello@iggipatterns.com. We will gladly investigate the issue and manually send you a replacement download file as quickly as possible.
