Best suited for light to medium-weight woven fabrics with little to no stretch. Choose fabrics with a soft drape for a relaxed, flowing silhouette.

Suitable fabrics include: Cotton, linen, linen blends, cotton poplin, cotton lawn, chambray, seersucker, lightweight denim, viscose, rayon, tencel, lightweight wool and wool blends, and lightweight jacquard.

Avoid: Knit fabrics, very sheer fabrics, heavy fabrics, and very stiff fabrics.

• 10 mm (3/8") double-fold bias tape
• Matching thread
• Sewing machine
• Pins or clips
• Iron and ironing board

Fabric consumption

For fabric widths of 140 cm (55") and over:
XXS–M: 3.5 m (3.8 yd)
M/L–3XL: 4.0 m (4.4 yd)

For fabric widths of 112 cm (44"):
XXS–XL: 4.0 m (4.4 yd)

For the short dress version, you will need 0.5 m (0.55 yd) less.

If you plan to make your own bias binding from the main fabric, you will need additional fabric.

S/M–L/XL: 8.7 m (9.5 yd)
XL–3XL: 9.1 m (10.0 yd)
